Rob logicfail. The clues did not change. As on RL Survivor clues keep being handed out whether it's found or not. And you could have figured it out if you had a little focus instead of trying to cruise through on auto-drive. The whole mutiny could have been avoided (and consequently being completely suckered by all four Helios) if you just asked Ted what the clue he took said, and compared it to your own. Shawna made a public thread about how Ted had clues ferchrissakes!!
On RL Survivor, if you go digging in the dirt in the exact same spot where the idol used to be, you don't find an empty hole with a handy little note saying "Sorry, you're looking in the right place, but unfort the idol has already been found".
No, you figure it out on your own. If the clues all point to it being in X location, and it's not, then you should realise someone has it already.
This way is a much closer simulation to the show, despite how you've seen it happen in other games. The only way to run it even closer, would be to not use a locked forum at all.
