Is this true Brian - to the best of your knowledge?

Rob makes a few valid points, but no, I don't think it's completely true. This game is complex, and everyone wants to win it for themselves, so original tribal lines are shifting even though obviously some past connections/relationships formed on the original tribes still exist. But I don't think Rob's statement is entirely true.
