Congratulations on surviving the Merge Round icon_mml

It looks like you have taken the upper hand - what are the next steps?

Where do Dan & Ted fit into your long-term plans?

Right now as it stands Christy/Joanna/Rob will be either 9th, 8th or 7th. Ted's gonna be 6th because he has the idol and has the capacity of winning ICs. However, there is a possibility that Ted's 8th or 7th just because he's a huge threat and the sooner we get him out, the better. Daniel's gonna be 5th. Even though he's pissed Asteria, he's still an Asterian. I will actually be sad when he leaves. Helen goes 4th. Argonauts are F3.

Brian's silent but sneaky. He might steal a couple of votes.
Penny's loud and abrasive and Asteria really hates her. I don't think she'll get any votes.
I think I have a decent shot of winning if EVERYTHING goes according to my plan. But, I'm ready to tweak my game if needed.

You didn't seem to have much of a relationship with Shawna. Now that Jury has started, how does that affect the manner in which you treat the boots?

How fluid is the final three you've laid out above? Do you stick to The Argonauts out of loyalty alone, or is that the F3 you think has the best chance of netting you a win?

Actually, Shawna and I did talk the first night and it ended off with both of us calling each other cool and wishing that the other was on our respective original tribes. If I'm up against two Helios, it's very possible I might get Shawna's vote from just that one conversation.

I'm going to have to be nice and civil to the people getting voted off now but not make it too obvious as jury-pandering.

It's a little of both. It's easier to say "This was my original alliance and I swore my loyalty towards them." But the fact remains that both Brian and Penny are polar opposites of each other but I contain a balance between the two. Hopefully, the jury sees that too.

What's your opinion on Jurys in general?
Like do you think they most often reward the better player, or is it more often the case that it's down to relationships built within the game timeframe?

I'm a believer that whoever wins their season deserves to win their season. No one's really "robbed". Even if I don't build great relationships with jury members, I'm going to point out why I should win. You can win someone over even after you backstabbed them. It's just how you present your case.

Very well said, Erin.

Who do you prefer leaves this round and how will you go about achieving that?

I'd prefer Rob leaving this round but I'm afraid either he or Christy has the idol. We might have to split the votes. If neither one of them plays it, hopefully we revote and Rob goes. If one of them plays it, hopefully we revote again and the other one goes. The others seem to want Christy gone but that might totally backfire is Rob gives her the Idol (or if Christy has the idol herself). My plans however depend on the revote and we would know if there was a revote if Jeff wasn't so vague icon_glare

Rob's the most uncouth person I know. His arrogance combined with his whining is absolutely terrible to live with. He thinks everyone else is a dumbass and will pretty much to do what he says. Now that one of his goats was voted out, he's pretty much throwing a hissy fit. That argument with Jeff was pretty godawful too. I can't wait till that idiot's booted.

Also, Ted won another immunity today. I wish Brian cut him off when he could have but he went for my jugular instead icon_sad i guess we don't want Ted to feel left out but still, I was gosh darn close. Ted's becoming a serious IC threat and with an idol in his pocket, that's not a good sign. The moment he loses immunity, we might have to blindside him.
