This is like being on Lost. We keep getting more answers, but it just leads to more questions. icon_eek

I think Rob has some people on asteria he is working with on this and they threw the challenge purposefully to get rid of some of our people they thought would either flip at the merge, mutiny, or was taking the clues. I don`t think he switched because he felt like he is on the bottom. He may have ulterior motives too as Ted seems to have. Ted did not go with you guys plan. His story was Brian and Jake were lying to him. He said one of them sent him the pm by mistake(which said Ted would get the boot 2nd), and Ken had told him to vote you. He was honest about the vote being 5-1-1-1. I think Ted is definitely playing both sides. Rob may be too.

So Ted told you guys he found the idol? How`d that go down? And did he really say he found it with no clues?? How do you think Helios took to Rob joining them? Would you expect him to go tonight if they go to TC? Any/all of you feel free to answer what you can out of these.

At the first tribal Ted just flatout said oh btw guyz i found the idol by randomly trying things (it'd be more believable if he owned up to a clue or two), and several people wanted to use the idol to go over to the other tribe and blindside Rob. Then in Ken's final post at tribal he told us not to believe that Ted just randomly found the idol and then that's when I started to get suspicious of him. But Penny was so set on that plan and got the entire tribe on board. But then Ted let you guys win! icon_confused

Maybe Brian accidentally sent him that message, because we had a group chat at one point, maybe he replied to that, I'm not sure, maybe Ted was just making it up, if Brian were to go for it, I was willing to vote Ted at first tribal only because someone told me that Brian was in to vote Ted, and I thought if he was going to then I would as well.
That'd be interesting if Rob did have people still on Asteria, it will make post merge very interesting, also if you want to see Rob's post about his tribemates if you didn't see it already (I'm not sure how to look at the Asteria camp board so idk if you can see helios)

Christy - She was the second best one there and now that I'm gone she is the best by default, but don't let the word "best" confuse you. Jeanne - If there was a "Literally the Worst Person Who Ever Existed" Award, Jeanne would be the #1 candidate to win this hands down. She sucks. At everything. She sucks at challenges, she sucks at PMing, she even sucks at posting on the board. OMG, the other day at camp, she posted a thread called "Are there only two boards?" and asked if the Arena and the Asteria board were the only boards we had to be at. I asked "Are you fucking kidding me?" Then she PMed me all mopey and told me to stop being mean, and my response to her was "I'm glad to see that you're capable of sending PMs! Try doing it more often." Then I didn't hear from her again until this morning when she said "You know, I have a lot to bring to the table if you'd just took the time to see it," to which I responded "I am taking the time, but you aren't making even the slightest effort to show me anything." Ugh. She is the worst. I hope I never have to talk to her again.

Joanna - Have you ever been out somewhere, and someone with special needs came up to you and started talking? And you don't want to be rude to them so you don't tell them to stfu, and you politely respond in hopes that they'll stop talking, but they keep talking and you're forced to continue a conversation that you have absolutely no interest in and that actually makes you feel kind of uncomfortable but that you must continue so as not to be rude? Multiply that by 15 million times and you're about 10% of the way to the level of awful that conversations with Joanna are.

Shawna - I am actually impressed by Shawna, because she has somehow managed to be a billion times worse than the real Shawna was and that's a fucking hard thing to do. So kudos for that, I guess. But she still sucks. And she thinks she's in charge over there too which is OH SO FUNNY. She is an idiot and a moron and I wish bad things upon her and her family.

Ted - What's the story with him? Why did he mutiny? He told me it was because Brian lied to him or something? What's the background on that?

And btw, you can only see the Helios side of things Jake (& other Helios players). Likewise ex-Asteria, only you can see Asteria beach - so for instance, none of Helios can see what you guys were posting publicly about Rob after he mutinied.

What Rob said about Joanna, can basically be applied to Ted for me. I went out of my way to be boring in conversation, but he kept on PMing me.

This has all been very insightful actually. I am rethinking my idea that Ted is a mastermind. He might actually be a total buffoon.

Any words I speak to him were ten times more than he made an effort to say to me. I believe he sent me one pm. Ironically I think it all said something like How`s it going bro or something like that. Then never pm-ed me again until the night before he mutinied. I never felt the need to pm him because I didn`t trust him and I knew he weren`t keen on me anyway and had floated my name already to be booted.
