Jeff, we lost the first challenge because of a technicality and when I brought it up you said there was nothing that can be done.

So why can something be done when Helios complains about a technicality not once, but twice?

We feel that the challenge was unfairly weighted in favour of the Helios tribe due to the circumstances surrounding the beginning of the challenge.

I'll just say this here.. A double boot would be the fairest solution, and I don't think Helios should take too much issue with that.
