I see no point in refuting immunity wins. It's up to the individual how much value they give to them in terms of an FTC. Anything that I said would have been worthless.
My best chance was attempting to give the jury as much insight into how strategic plans actually went and succeeded or failed, and you evidently communicated your prerogative better than I did mine.
You should have praised your own IC wins then refute Penny's strategies. As I said, Brian was more pro-Helen. You just seemed to be anti-Penny.
