Okay, obviously we can have someone do multiple jobs and likewise, jobs can have multiple hosts.

But let's at least sign up main rolls for each player. This way we have duties.

Here's what we need:

Confessionals Asteria
Confessionals Helios
Challenges
Tribal Councils

Of course, everyone can help in confessionals, challenges and councils if you'd like, but we'd at least like to make sure that one person is on each task so its reliable.

You can also divvy responsibilities up by week or day depending on who's available. So post your availability and that way we can decide.

If you're not sure on your availability just post here ahead of time and make sure someone can cover your shift.

I'll do confessionals

I'll do confessionals as well. The more people who post in confessionals, the more likely they are to fill them out. Obviously, I'll volunteer whenever a challenge / TC is needed for me to host as well.

What exactly is the "writers" job? Is it doing those episodes that never seem to get done, or we going back to doing blogs that basically stopped after Zambia? Depending on what it is, I'll either take that or challenges as my responsibility.

TC probably easiest for me to assist with.

Confessionls/fanfic writer for me. Timezone means I should flat out miss TC/challenges. Although knowing my nightowl sleeping pattern, I'll probably end up being here for some, but I don't wanna make empty promises.

I've put Brenda in charge of Episode writing. If anyone wants to help her with that, go ahead and ask her what she needs.

I'm going to bring back the host blogs this season, so you will all get to post those.

Let me put Lisi and Taj on Helios and Carl, Tracy and Brenda on Asteria for confessionals. You can of course ask whomever you want questions, but I want you to focus mainly on your tribes, making sure theyre all taken care of.

The procedure for confessionals is that immediately after Tribal Council and the private messages open up, we need you to start a new Episode thread. titled: Episode ## (01, 02, 03, etc...). We do this because after someone is voted out, that is where the new episode begins so it's easier for us to keep track of what the confessionals are referring to if we keep them in cycles.

The new confessional threads have to go up right after Tribal Council so they do not post in the old episode's thread. You can either ask a blanket question to all of them (copy/paste) or have all of your new questions already typed up and ready to post so that you can get the new threads up immediately.

That's very important.

In fairness, all I really need is for you guys to keep probing them in their confessionals, and I'll do the same. Get them talking, and at the same time chat yourselves by blogging what you see as the stories of the season - these will build into the plots for the season I hope. So talk and listen I guess is the aim of the game.
